Toko Agreement means the agreement between Toko and TMRC entitled “License Agreement for the development et al. of retinoid based drug in foreign countries” dated August 15, 2008.
WTO Agreement means the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, done at Marrakesh on 15 April 1994.
TO Agreement means this signed TO Agreement between DoIT and TO Contractor.
Arrangement Agreement means the arrangement agreement dated as of April 18, 2019 between the Purchaser and the Company, including the schedules and exhibits thereto, providing for, among other things, the Arrangement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or restated.
PILOT Agreement means the Agreement for Payments in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes entered into by and among the Board, the Company, the City and the County.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
Foundation Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee, the Manager, Xxxxxxxx, Genting WA and Tileska providing for the subscription of Units and Options;
Side Agreement means the Side Agreement for Transfer Agency Services between the Customer and Transfer Agent dated as of January 1, 2015.
Licensing Agreement means a commercial agreement between a design approval holder and a production approval holder (or applicant) formalizing the rights and duties of both parties to use the design data for the purpose of manufacturing the product or article.
SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, contained in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;
Joint Agreement means a type of Fund Use Agreement between the Consortium and the Fund Council that sets forth an umbrella set of terms and conditions that govern principally the submission and approval of CRP proposals and the transfer and use of funds from the CGIAR Fund for implementation of CRPs.
leasing agreement means an agreement by which one person (the lessor) grants a right to possession or control of an object (with or without an option to purchase) to another person (the lessee) in return for a rental or other payment;
Concession Agreement means the Concession Agreement referred to in Recital (A) above and annexed hereto as Annex-A, and shall include all of its Recitals and Schedules and any amendments made thereto in accordance with the provisions contained in this behalf therein;
License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.
Main Agreement means the part of this Agreement that commences on the first page and ends with but includes Schedule A, excluding Section 3(d) (which incorporates this Schedule C into the Agreement).
Reservation agreement means a written contract entered into between MBOH and the taxpayer to provide for a Reservation and setting forth the terms and conditions under which the taxpayer may obtain a Carryover Commitment or Final Allocation.
TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights;
Transition Agreement means the Transition Power Sales Agreement dated as of November 24, 1998, by and between Seller, Southern Energy, Southern Energy Bowline, L.L.C. and Southern Energy Xxxxxx, L.L.C.
Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.
Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.
TBT Agreement means the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, which is part of the WTO Agreement;
Xxxxxx Agreement means that certain Contingent Stock Agreement, effective as of January 1, 1996, by The Xxxxx Company in favor of and for the benefit of the Holders (named in Schedule I thereto) and the Representatives (therein defined), as amended.
Practice agreement means an agreement described in section 17047, 17547, or 18047.
Replacement Agreement means an agreement entered into as a replacement for any Relevant Agreement;
Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to the student;
