Time(s) for Completion definition

Time(s) for Completion means the time(s) stated in Schedule E by which the Supply or any particular Supply or part thereof must be completed, as such time(s) may be adjusted (including in relation to a particular instance of Supply), strictly in accordance with this Agreement;
Time(s) for Completion means the time(s) stated in a Terms Agreement by which a particular Supply or any part thereof must be completed, as such time(s) may be adjusted, strictly in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Time is of the essence of this Agreement, including without limitation in relation to the Time(s) for Completion.

  • On all matters properly referred to it in writing by the Supplier, the City shall (wherever practicable) give its decision in writing within a reasonable time having regard to the Time(s) for Completion and the Supplier’s obligations with regard to the Supply.

  • If the Contractor fails to give notice of a claim within such period of 28 (Twenty eight) days, the Time/s for Completion shall not be extended, the Contractor shall not be entitled to additional payment, and the Employer/s shall be discharged from all liability in connection with the claim.

  • On all matters properly and reasonably requested in writing by the Supplier, the City shall (wherever practicable) give its decision in writing within a reasonable time having regard to the Time(s) for Completion and the Supplier’s obligations with regard to the Supply.

  • If the Supplier needs to procure any materials or services for which a Preferred Supplier is specified in the applicable Terms Agreement and the Supplier wishes to procure such materials or services from an alternative supplier, the Supplier shall provide written notification to the City within a reasonable time so as not to delay the applicable Time(s) for Completion.

  • The financial institution providing the funding for the Project/s in conjunction with the Employer/s shall proceed in accordance with Sub-Clause 3.5 [Determinations] to agree or determine (i) the extension (if any) of the Time/s for Completion (before or after its expiry) in accordance with Sub-Clause 8.4 [Extension of Time for Completion], and/or (ii) the additional payment (if any) to which the Contractor is entitled under the Contract.

  • These Delay Damages shall be the sum as agreed to between the Contractor, the Employer/s and the financial institution providing the funding for the Project/s in a separate Addendum to this PPP Agreement, which shall be paid for every day which shall elapse between the relevant Time/s for Completion and the date stated in the Taking-Over Certificate and thus deducted from the Contract Price.

  • The Contractor shall update and revise the program as and when appropriate or when required by the Project Manager, but without modification in the Times for Completion given in the SCC and any extension granted in accordance with GCC Clause 23, and shall submit all such revisions to the Project Manager.
