timeframe for completion means the scheduled completion date for each separable element as agreed to by the Government and Non-Federal Sponsor as listed below. Completion of a separable element is assumed to occur when the Non-Federal Sponsor provides written notification to the Government of such completion in accordance with Article II.B. 1.
