Threshold Eligibility Criteria definition

Threshold Eligibility Criteria means the minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed in Clause 2.2.2 hereof, to be satisfied by Bidder (in case of the Consortium, the Lead Member) and / or its Associates, to be eligible to be a Qualified Bidder in terms hereof.
