THIRD MEZZANINE definition

THIRD MEZZANINE. LOAN shall mean that certain $250,000,000 mezzanine loan from Third Mezzanine Lender to Third Mezzanine Borrower.
THIRD MEZZANINE. LENDER shall mean German American Capital Corporation, together with its successors and assigns.
