Furthermore, the Parties agree that once there is such an Agreement on a plan, the NBHD will continue to lease said space to the NCFB for approximately two additional years, such time to be used by the NCFB, and/or any partners in the proposed new building, to fundraise for, design, construct and equip the new building. If the NBHD building should become legally uninhabitable during the time period contemplated by this Section 2.2.3 then the NBHD shall have no further obligations to the NCFB.   • Invoice The original and duplicate invoices covering each and every shipment made against this order showing Contract number, Vendor number, and other essential particulars, must be forwarded promptly to the ordering agency concerned by the Vendor to whom the order is issued. Delays in receiving invoice and also errors and omissions on statements will be considered just cause for withholding settlement without losing discount privileges. All accounts are to be carried in the name of the agency or institution receiving the goods, and not in the name of the Division of Purchases.
