Examples of The New KCC in a sentence

  • The New KCC shall notify the tenderer in writing in a timely manner, of the identity of any representatives retained for these purposes.

  • The New KCC may waive any minor informality or non-conformity or irregularity in a tender which does not constitute a material deviation, provided such waiver does not prejudice or affect the relative ranking of any tenderer.

  • The New KCC shall reply to any clarifications sought by the tenderer within 3 days of receiving the request to enable the tenderer to make timely submission of its tender.

  • The New KCC or its representative shall have the right to inspect and/or to test the goods to confirm their conformity to the Contract specifications.

  • The New KCC reserves the right to reject the products, if such deviations shall be found critical to the use and operation of the products.

  • The New KCC requires that the equipment under the Invitation for Tenders shall be delivered at the time specified in the Schedule of Requirements.

  • Becquerel (Bq) means the SI unit of activity. One becquerel is equal to 1 disintegration or transformation per second (dps or tps).
