Texas Tax Liability definition

Texas Tax Liability means the tax liability due and owing by PCI to the State of Texas in the approximate amount of $789,000.00 (excluding interest and penalties that would be assessed if Borrowers default on any terms of the Texas Tax Settlement Agreement) incurred in connection with and as a result of the state and local sales and use tax audit for the period from January 1, 2006 through October 31, 2009.

  • Actual Tax Liability means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the liability for Covered Taxes of the Corporation (a) appearing on Tax Returns of the Corporation for such Taxable Year and (b) if applicable, determined in accordance with a Determination (including interest imposed in respect thereof under applicable law).
