Test the Waters Auction definition

Test the Waters Auction is a means in which SongVest may hold a pre-auction at SxxxXxxx.xxx website, where individuals can bid, through a second-price auction process. SongVest may use this process to gauge interest in the auction to help us finalize the number of shares and price per share of the Units.

  • E-Auction Process /”E-Auction” shall mean the electronic auction process for sale of the Company conducted in accordance with the provisions of IBC, Liquidation Process Regulations, Applicable Law(s) and this E- Auction Process Information Document inviting Bid from the Bidders for consummating the sale of Company on going concern basis in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;

  • Reverse auctioning means a procurement method wherein bidders are invited to bid on specified goods or nonprofessional services through real-time electronic bidding, with the award being made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. During the bidding process, bidders' prices are revealed and bidders shall have the opportunity to modify their bid prices for the duration of the time period established for bid opening.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Suction outlet means the opening or fitting through which the water under negative pressure is drawn from the pool or spa.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Cannabis processing facility means a person that:

  • Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;

  • Cannabis plant means any plant of the genus Cannabis;

  • CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
