  • GLOSSARY Words used in this Agreement and in these Terms and Conditions of Residence have the following meanings: Accept Means to formally accept the offer of the Accommodation online and "Accepted" and "Accepting" are to be interpreted accordingly.

  • If you take up a place in our residential accommodation, you must keep to our Terms and Conditions of Residence.

  • If a student owes outstanding accommodation charges to the University and has ignored requests for payment or failed to agree a repayment plan, the University may take action under the applicable Terms and Conditions of Residence (Licence to Occupy).

  • Behaviour must comply with the Terms and Conditions of Residence.

  • Accept means to formally accept these Terms and Conditions of Residence by clicking the link to "Accept Offer" on the Online Portal and "Accepted" and "Accepting" are to be interpreted accordingly.

  • Along with the Warden, the Deputy Warden, Senior House Tutor and the House Tutors share the responsibility for the welfare and discipline of the College, and for the observance of the Terms and Conditions of Residence.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, and the employer's personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Conditions of Carriage means these conditions of carriage.

  • Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller.

  • Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • OTHER CONDITIONS Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. This contract is void if the Party of the Second Part does not hold a valid license in accordance with Section 6-17-401 A.C.A. for the full term of the contract.
