Termination of the Marriage definition

Termination of the Marriage means: the end of the Marriage between the Couple under Jewish Law without any reference or stipulation in any manner or form to other matters that are associated with or are related to the Termination of the Marriage. This includes: child custody, maintenance and education issues, financial support, judicial authority, or any other related matters (hereinafter: "Other Matters"). It is understood that a woman who consents to end the marriage in accordance with Jewish law, even if she does not consent to the terms or demands of the Other Matters, shall not be deemed as refusing to terminate the Marriage.

Related to Termination of the Marriage

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:

The Committee will have sole discretion to determine whether a Participant has ceased to provide services and the effective date on which the Participant ceased to provide services (the “Termination Date”).

  • Termination Without Cause means termination by the Company other than due to the Executive’s death or disability or Termination With Cause.

A change in status from an Employee to a Consultant or from a Consultant to an Employee will not constitute an interruption of Continuous Service Status.

  • Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date The point in time at which the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount is reduced to zero.

  • Termination of Directorship means that the Non-Employee Director has ceased to be a director of the Company; except that if a Non-Employee Director becomes an Eligible Employee or a Consultant upon the termination of his or her directorship, his or her ceasing to be a director of the Company shall not be treated as a Termination of Directorship unless and until the Participant has a Termination of Employment or Termination of Consultancy, as the case may be.

  • B-BBEE status level of contributor” means the B-BBEE status of an entity in terms of a code of good practice on black economic empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad- Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Involuntary Termination Without Cause means Executive’s dismissal or discharge other than for Cause. The termination of Executive’s employment as a result of Executive’s death or disability will not be deemed to be an Involuntary Termination Without Cause.
