Significant Reduction definition

Significant Reduction means a reduction, in the aggregate, of ten percent (10%) or more from the aggregate of the target bonus award and the target incentive compensation award established for the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurs, determined without consideration of any other payments made to Executive upon a Change in Control;
Significant Reduction means a reduction in runs equal to 50% or greater from the standard coverage of runs for any particular movie based on normal industry wide projections of that particular movie, and under no circumstances, a reduction of greater than 25 runs for any particular movie release regardless of percentage decrease. Examples of Significant Reduction in a sentence

  • In addition, in the event of a Relocation or a Significant Reduction in Scope or Base Compensation, the Eligible Employee must provide his/her Employer with written notice within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of such event.

  • Source reduction means any practice that reduces the amount of any hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant entering any waste stream or otherwise released into the environment prior to recycling, energy recovery, treatment, or disposal.

  • Debt Service Reduction With respect to any Mortgage Loan, a reduction in the scheduled Monthly Payment for such Mortgage Loan by a court of competent jurisdiction in a proceeding under the Bankruptcy Code, except such a reduction resulting from a Deficient Valuation.

  • Commitment Reduction Notice has the meaning given that term in Section 2.13.

  • Relief Act Reduction With respect to any Mortgage Loan as to which there has been a reduction in the amount of the interest collectible thereon as a result of the application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, any amount by which interest collectible on such Mortgage Loan for the Due Date in the related Due Period is less than the interest accrued thereon for the applicable one-month period at the Mortgage Interest Rate without giving effect to such reduction.

  • Aggregate Reduction has the meaning specified in Section 1.3.
