Examples of Term Loan Adjusted LIBOR Rate in a sentence

From and after the maturity of the Term Note, whether by reason of acceleration or otherwise, the Term Loan shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to Three Percent (3%) over and above the Term Loan Adjusted LIBOR Rate.
