Term Commitment Termination Date definition

Term Commitment Termination Date means the earliest of (i) the end of the Ramp Period, (ii) the date on which the Term Advances become due and payable pursuant to Section 6.01, or (iii) the termination of the Commitments in whole or in part in accordance with Section 2.05(b).
