The Term B Loan bears interest at LIBOR plus 7.50% (with a LIBOR floor of 1.25%) with interest payable monthly.
For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to any Class of Term Loans, this paragraph shall only be applicable to the extent that the Applicable Premium or Super-Priority Term B Loan Prepayment Premium is payable in respect of such Class of Term Loans on the applicable date of determination.
The Term B Loan may consist of Base Rate Loans or Eurocurrency Rate Loans, or a combination thereof, as further provided herein, provided, however, any Borrowings made on the Closing Date shall be made as Base Rate Loans unless the Company delivers a funding indemnity letter not less than three (3) Business Days prior to the date of such Borrowing.
