Teacher as Defined by the Education Act definition

Teacher as Defined by the Education Act means a Teacher who is a member of the College of Teachers employed by the Board to teach but does not include a supervisory officer, a Principal or Vice-Principal or an instructor in a Teacher-training institution.

  • PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.

  • the 2011 Act means the Localism Act 2011;

  • Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.
