In the event of any Taking of or any casualty or other damage or injury to the Property which requires a vote of the unit owners of the Condominium to repair and restore the Improvements or the building in which the Improvements are located, Borrower shall not exercise any right it may have to vote against restoration of the Improvements without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Upon any such Taking, Landlord shall be entitled to receive the entire price or award from any such Taking without any payment to Tenant, and Tenant hereby assigns to Landlord Tenant’s interest, if any, in such award.
