TAHM PRC definition

TAHM PRC means Tianjin Accor Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (天津雅高酒店管理有限公司), a company incorporated under the laws of the PRC with its registered address at天津经济技术开发区第三大街以南、巢湖路以西.

Related to TAHM PRC

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • PRC means the People’s Republic of China, but solely for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region and the islands of Taiwan.

  • Relevant Authorities means any governmental or statutory authority with the

  • EMEA means the European Medicines Agency.

  • PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.

  • PMDA means Japan’s Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency or any successor entity thereto.

  • CFDA means the Code of Federal Domestic Assistance assigned to a federal grant.

  • Tax Authorities means Hong Kong or foreign tax, revenue or monetary authorities.

  • Mainland China means the People's Republic of China but excluding Hong Kong and Macau;

  • EU means the European Union.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • NDRC means the National Development and Reform Commission of the PRC or its local counterparts;

  • AIM means the AIM market operated by the London Stock Exchange;

  • GST/HST means all goods and services tax and harmonized sales tax imposed under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada).

  • European Commission means the authority within the European Union that has the legal authority to grant Regulatory Approvals in the European Union based on input received from the EMA or other competent Regulatory Authorities.

  • CSA means Canadian Standards Association;

  • China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.

  • British Council Entities means the subsidiary companies and other organisations Controlled by the British Council from time to time, and any organisation which Controls the British Council (the “Controlling Entity”) as well as any other organisations Controlled by the Controlling Entity from time to time;

  • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. APRA is an independent statutory authority that supervises institutions across banking, insurance and superannuation.

  • HSE means the Health and Safety Executive;

  • Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority shall have the meaning given by Section 2(a)(50) of the 0000 Xxx.

  • Ofcom means the Office of Communications;

  • MOFCOM means the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.

  • cGCP means the current clinical practice as set out in (i) ICH Harmonized Guidance on current Good Clinical Practice (CPMP/ICH/135/95), (ii) US Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Chapters 50, 54, 56, 58, 210, 211 and 312, as may be amended from time to time, or (iii) the equivalent law or regulation in any other applicable jurisdiction in the Collaborator Territory.
