T2 Partner definition

T2 Partner or “Tier-2 Partner” is an HPE Partner which typically buys from T1 Partners or other partners for the purpose of resale to Customers. T2 Partners may also be referred to as “Resellers”, “Final Tier”, and/or “Reseller B”.

Examples of T2 Partner in a sentence

  • As used in this Section 7.3, "independent counsel" shall mean counsel selected and compensated by the Company, and reasonably approved by the Indemnitee, to determine whether a conflict of interest may exist, which counsel shall not represent the Company, the Indemnitee or any other party to the Proceeding for which indemnification is sought.

  • T2 Partner, as well as T1 Partner selling directly to End-User, agrees to also independently verify that the Products were duly delivered to the End-User.

  • T2 Partner as well as T1 Partner selling directly to an End-User will (i) ensure in their contract with the End-User that the latter accepts and agrees that Products are for its Internal Use only and not for subsequent re-sale or re- supply to other party/ies and (ii) take all commercially reasonable steps to make sure the End-User complies with such commitment.

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.

  • Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.
