System Restoration Charge definition

System Restoration Charge means any transition charge as defined in Section 36.403(f) of the Securitization Law which is authorized by the Financing Order.

  • Such charge-off rate will be recalculated each year in connection with the annual System Restoration Charge Adjustment.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.
