Sweep Threshold definition

Sweep Threshold means $30,000,000 plus the Net Equity Proceeds from the first issuance or issuances of any Capital Stock of Holdings after the Effective Date up to an amount equal to the Equity Proceeds Threshold Amount.
Sweep Threshold has the meaning specified in Section 6.23(a).
Sweep Threshold means the minimum balance your Deposit Account must reach and maintain before you may opt into the automatic sweep feature that allows the automatic transfer of HSA funds into your HSA Investment Account in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Sweep Threshold in a sentence

  • After posting all your Root Account activity for a Business Day, we will determine whether your Root Account balance exceeds the Sweep Threshold.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, if such a Triggering Event occurs, we will transfer an amount from the Deposit Accounts at ICS Settlement on the next Business Day, up to the available amount in the Deposit Accounts, sufficient to restore your Root Account balance to the Sweep Threshold.

  • If the balance in the Deposit Account falls below the Sweep Threshold, no additional funds will be automatically swept into the HSA Investment Account until the Deposit Account once again exceeds the Sweep Threshold by $1.00.
