Summary Administrative Panel definition

Summary Administrative Panel means the panel established in accordance with Section 64;
Summary Administrative Panel means the panel established in accordance with Section 63; “Summary Administrative Proceedings” means proceedings taken under Section 65;

Examples of Summary Administrative Panel in a sentence

  • A Summary Administrative Panel shall be established for the purpose of making determinations in Summary Administrative Proceedings in accordance with Section 65.

"NXX," "NXX Code," "Central Office Code," or "CO Code" is the three- (3)-digit Switch entity code which is defined by the "D," "E" and "F" digits of a ten- (10) digit telephone number within the NANP. "Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.

  • Third Party Administrator (TPA means any organization or institution that is licensed by the IRDA as a TPA and is engaged by the Company for a fee or remuneration for providing Policy and claims facilitation services to the Insured / Insured Person as well as to the Company for an insurable event.
