Suitably qualified in first aid means holding a current statement of attainment that satisfies the national training requirement HLTFA301B – Apply First Aid. This includes, but is not limited to, the successful completion of the two Day Senior First Aid - St Xxxx Ambulance Association; or the Senior First Aid (Workplace Level 2) – Australian Red Cross Society training courses.
Suitably qualified in first aid means holding a current statement of attainment that satisfies the national training requirement HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid. This includes, but is not limited to, the successful completion of a Provide First Aid or Senior First Aid course delivered by a Nationally Accredited Provider which is valid for three years, and successful completion of a CPR Refresher course delivered by a Nationally Accredited Provider which is to be undertaken every 12 months.

  • Applicant’s Qualified Investment means the Qualified Investment of the Applicant during the Qualifying Time Period and as more fully described in EXHIBIT 3 of this Agreement.

  • Technically Qualified Bidder means a Bidder whose Techno-Commercial Bid is responsive and meets the requirements to the satisfaction of OMC as per terms and condition of the Bid document and is qualified for opening of its Price Bid;
