Substitution Fee definition

Substitution Fee means with respect to any Substitution effected in accordance with Section 3.05, a fee in the amount which is [*].
Substitution Fee means a fee equal to the greater of (i) the product of 25 basis points (0.25%) multiplied by the Allocable Facility Amount of each Substitute Mortgaged Property added as part of a Substitution, or (ii) $20,000 for each Substitute Mortgaged Property.
Substitution Fee means with respect to any Substitution effected in accordance with Section 3.03, a fee in the amount of $10,000 for each substitute property added to a Collateral Pool.
