Subscription Receipt Certificate definition

Subscription Receipt Certificate means a certificate representing one or more Subscription Receipts substantially in the form of the certificate attached hereto as Schedule “A”;

Subscription Receipt Certificate means a certificate evidencing Subscription Receipts substantially in the form attached as Schedule 1.1(oo) with such appropriate insertions, deletions, substitutions and variations as may be required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement or as may be required to comply with any law or the rules of any securities exchange or as may be not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement as the Corporation may deem necessary or desirable;

Subscription Receipt Certificate means a certificate evidencing Subscription Receipts in the form attached as Schedule 2.2(b).

Examples of Subscription Receipt Certificate in a sentence

• In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between a provision in the body of this Agreement and in any Subscription Receipt Certificate issued hereunder, the provision in the body of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

• No charge will be levied on a presenter of a Subscription Receipt Certificate pursuant to this Agreement for the exchange of any Subscription Receipt Certificate.

• In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Subscription Receipt Certificate and the Subscription Receipt Agreement, the terms of the Subscription Receipt Agreement shall govern.

• Except as otherwise herein provided, the Subscription Receipt Agent may charge to the holder requesting an exchange a reasonable sum for each new Subscription Receipt Certificate issued in exchange for Subscription Receipt Certificate(s).

• If less than all the Subscription Receipts evidenced by the Subscription Receipt Certificate(s) so surrendered are transferred, the transferor shall be entitled to receive, in the same manner, a new Subscription Receipt Certificate registered in its name evidencing the Subscription Receipts not transferred.
