Subscriber System definition

Subscriber System is the Subscriber’s computer system used and/or owned by the Subscriber in connection with the Services;
Subscriber System means a system which is used by a subscriber and connected to the national telephone service in accordance with section 30(1);

Examples of Subscriber System in a sentence

  • Circadiance may disable all Subscriber, System User and Associate access to the Services and Circadiance Materials.

  • Two EURO-ISDN connections according to the Digital Subscriber System No. 1 (DSS1) and a flatrate are required.

  • Any video, audio, text or data coded signal carried over the Cable Television Subscriber System.

  • In the event the Subscriber System is incompatible with, or impairs Subscriber’s Use of, the Services, Subscriber shall nonetheless be liable for Subscriber’s use of (or inability to use) the Services.

  • Subscriber shall be responsible for securing any Subscriber’s Cloud Environment, and any Subscriber System.

  • Subscriber, System Users and Associates shall at all times maintain their own Subscriber Systems or other devices for accessing the Services.

Related to Subscriber System

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Supplier System the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including any software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Commissioner System);

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.
