Subordinate Component Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date and any Group 1 Subordinate Component or Group 2-5 Subordinate Component, the percentage obtained by dividing the Component Principal Amount of such Component immediately prior to such Distribution Date by the aggregate Component Principal Amount of all Components having the same parenthetical designation immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Subordinate Component Percentage. With respect to each Component and any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (A) the Component Principal Balance of such Component immediately prior to such Distribution Date by (B) the sum of (i) the aggregate Component Principal Balance of all Components of the related Certificate Group, and (ii) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of all Subordinate Certificates of the related Certificate Group, in each case immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Subordinate Percentage As of any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, any Loan Group, 100% minus the related Senior Percentage as of such Distribution Date.

  • Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Subordinate Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, 100% minus the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Loan Group for such Distribution Date.

  • Prepayment Percentage As of the Closing Date, approximately 0%, and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Senior Prepayment Percentage.

  • Senior Enhancement Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates and (ii) the Subordinated Amount (in each case after taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-5 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.

  • Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Subordinate Reduction Amount With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Scheduled Principal, Unscheduled Principal and Recovery Principal for such Payment Date, less the Senior Reduction Amount.

  • Class B Prepayment Percentage Any of the Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage or Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage.

  • Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Group II Subordinate Percentage For any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Group II Senior Percentage for such date.

  • Term Loan Percentage means, with respect to any Term Loan Lender at any time, the percentage of the total outstanding principal balance of the Term Loans represented by the outstanding principal balance of such Term Loan Lender’s Term Loans.

  • Aggregate Subordinate Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Classes of Subordinate Certificates and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Initial Subordinate Class Percentage As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Pool Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Pool and any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Pool Balance for such Mortgage Pool for such date and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Pool Balance for such date.

  • Senior Prepayment Percentage For any Distribution Date during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 100%. The Senior Prepayment Percentage for any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date will, except as provided herein, be as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 70% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 60% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 40% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 20% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date (unless on any Distribution Date the Senior Percentage exceeds the initial Senior Percentage, in which case the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will once again equal 100%). Notwithstanding the foregoing, no decrease in the Senior Prepayment Percentage will occur unless both of the Senior Step Down Conditions are satisfied.
