Group II Subordinate Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, ------------------------------- the excess of 100% over the Group II Senior Percentage for such date. Group II Subordinate Prepayment Percentage: On any Distribution Date, ------------------------------------------ the excess of 100% over the Group II Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that if the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A Certificates has been reduced to zero, then the Group II Subordinate Prepayment Percentage shall equal 100%.
