Stripped PCS definition

Stripped PCS means a beneficial interest in the Issuer Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $1,000 and having the rights provided for Stripped PCS in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
Stripped PCS has the meaning set forth in Recital A.
Stripped PCS. Payable on each Regular Distribution Date on or prior to the Stock Purchase Date: • at the rate of .200% per annum, accruing for each Stripped PCS from the Regular Distribution Date immediately preceding its issuance; and • on a cumulative basis.

Related to Stripped PCS

  • Floor wax stripper means a product designed to remove natural or synthetic floor polishes or waxes through breakdown of the polish or wax polymers, or by dissolving or emulsifying the polish or wax. “Floor Wax Stripper” does not include aerosol floor wax strippers or products designed to remove floor wax solely through abrasion.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/L in a representative sample of water.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class C Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class C Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).
