Stockholders Agreement Amendment definition

Stockholders Agreement Amendment has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Stockholders Agreement Amendment means Amendment No. 1 to the Stockholders' Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among the Company, the Purchasers and the other stockholders of the Company named therein.
