Stevenson Industrial Revenue Bonds definition

Stevenson Industrial Revenue Bonds means, collectively, (i) the Industrial Development Board of the City of Stevenson $9,000,000 Development Revenue Bonds (The Mead Corporation Project) Series 1996A; (ii) the Industrial Development Board of the City of Stevenson $17,000,000 Development Revenue Bonds (The Mead Corporation Project) Series 1993; (iii) the Industrial Development Board of the City of Stevenson $7,000,000 Development Revenue Bonds (The Mead Corporation Project) Series 1995A; and (iv) the Industrial Development Board of the City of Stevenson $25,000,000 Development Revenue Bonds (The Mead Corporation Project) Series 1991A, which Stevenson Industrial Revenue Bonds shall be deemed to be Allowed Intercompany Claims against SSCE.

It comprises the creation of components parts of complex systems, and may include the construction of prototypes in a laboratory environment or in an environment with simulated interfaces to existing systems as well as of pilot lines, when necessary for the industrial research and notably for generic technology validation;

Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
