Specified Interest Rates definition

Specified Interest Rates means the interest rate or rates at which the Combined Bonds bear interest, which rates are to be determined in the Certificate of Fiscal Officer, provided the true interest cost of the Bonds shall not exceed eight per centum (8.00%) per annum.
Specified Interest Rates means, with respect to any Series 2000 Bonds that are not Series 2000 Variable Rate Bonds, the rate or rates at which the Series 2000 Bonds bear interest, expressed as a per- centage of the principal amount thereof per annum, as specified in the Series 2000 Certificate of Award, provided that the weighted average of such rates, taking into account the principal amount and maturity of each Series 2000 Bonds to which a rate pertains, shall not exceed eight percent (8%) per annum.
Specified Interest Rates means the interest rate or rates at which the Bonds bear interest, which rates are to be determined in the Certificate of Fiscal Officer, provided the true interest cost of the Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds shall not exceed five and one half per centum (5.50%) per annum.

More Definitions of Specified Interest Rates

Specified Interest Rates means the interest rate or rates at which the Bonds bear interest, which rates are to be determined in the Certificate of Award, provided the true interest cost of the Bonds shall not exceed five and one -half per centum (5.5%) per annum and the debt service charges on the Bonds must produce a present value savings not less than two percent (2.0%) over the debt service charges on the Defeased Bonds.
Specified Interest Rates means the interest rate or rates at which the Bonds bear interest, which rates are to be set forth in the Certificate of Award, provided that the true interest cost of the Bonds shall not exceed five percent (5%) per annum.
Specified Interest Rates means, with respect to any Series of Bonds, the rate or rates of interest to be borne by such Bonds as specified in or pursuant to the Supplemental Bond Ordinance authorizing such Bonds.

Related to Specified Interest Rates

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Weighted Average Interest Rates means, with respect to any Outstanding Notes of a class or tranche of the MBNAseries, or of all of the Outstanding Notes of the MBNAseries, on any date, the weighted average (weighted based on the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the related Notes on such date) of the following rates of interest:

  • Interest Rate Swap Agreement means the agreement(s) (including any further replacement agreements) entered into between the Guarantor LP and the Interest Rate Swap Provider(s) in the form of an ISDA Master Agreement, as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented, restated or extended from time to time, including a schedule and confirmations in relation to each Tranche or Series of Covered Bonds;

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Interest Rate Cap Provider if any, shall mean the entity listed as the Interest Rate Cap Provider in the Series Term Sheet, in its capacity as obligor under the Class Interest Rate Caps, or if any Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements are obtained pursuant to Section 15, the obligor with respect to such Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements.

  • Interest Rate Swap means any interest rate swap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;

  • Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement means an interest rate cap agreement from an Acceptable Counterparty with terms identical to the Interest Rate Cap Agreement except that the same shall be effective in connection with replacement of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement following a downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the long-term unsecured debt rating of the Counterparty; provided that to the extent any such interest rate cap agreement does not meet the foregoing requirements, a “Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement” shall be such interest rate cap agreement approved in writing by each of the Rating Agencies and Lender with respect thereto.

  • Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its “prime rate.” If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate will be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid.

  • Interest Rate Cap Agreement means, as applicable, an Interest Rate Cap Agreement (together with the confirmation and schedules relating thereto) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender between Borrower and an Acceptable Counterparty or a Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement.

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Collateral Interest Rate means the rate published in The Wall Street Journal as the “Prime Rate” from time to time (or, if more than one such rate is published, the arithmetic mean of such rates), or, if such rate is no longer published, a successor rate agreed to by Buyer and Seller, in each case determined as of the date the obligation to pay interest arises, but in no event more than the maximum rate permitted by applicable Law in transactions involving entities having the same characteristics as the Parties.
