Specified Compliance Period definition

Specified Compliance Period means the Third Compliance Period unless otherwise specified by the Parties in the Confirmation to the Allowance Transaction;
Specified Compliance Period means the period beginning on the Second Amendment Effective Date and ending on either (a) March 30, 2007, if the Specified Covenant Reversion Condition shall have been met and no Default or Event of Default then exists, or otherwise on (b) the date of payment in full of the Notes."
