SPAC Preferred Shares definition

SPAC Preferred Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

SPAC Preferred Shares means the shares of preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the SPAC.

SPAC Preferred Shares is defined in Section 4.02(a).
