SPAC Class A Ordinary Share definition

SPAC Class A Ordinary Share means a Class A ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share, of SPAC. “SPAC Class B Ordinary Share” means a Class B ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share, of SPAC. “SPAC Cure Period” has the meaning specified in Section 12.1(f).
SPAC Class A Ordinary Share means a Class A ordinary share, par value $0.0001 per share, of SPAC.
