South Australian Police Enterprise Agreement 2011 definition

South Australian Police Enterprise Agreement 2011 means the South Australian Police Enterprise Agreement 2011 made between the Chief Executive, Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Police Association of South Australia under theFair Work Act 1994 that came into force on 18 May 2011 and includes any successor industrial instrument under the Fair Work Act 1994 .
