Solar Program definition

Solar Program means Theravance’s GI-restricted Irreversible JAK3 Selective Inhibitor research and development program.
Solar Program means the Solar Electricity for Community Buildings Program established under Section 37A;
Solar Program means the solar installation at the District by Vendor and as further described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • When used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings: Agreement means this Community Solar Program Purchase Agreement.
