Examples of Slip Services in a sentence

  • Terra shall undertake all reasonable efforts to require DuPont to provide the service levels required under the DuPont Agreement relating to the Wharf Services and the Slip Services.

  • Notwithstanding any terms in this Agreement, Terra shall not be obligated to provide the Wharf Services and certain of the Slip Services to Methanex under this Agreement if the provision of such services is beyond Terra’s control as a result of DuPont failing to provide such Wharf Services and Slip Services to Terra under the DuPont Agreement.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Wharf Services and certain of the Slip Services provided by Terra to Methanex under this Agreement are furnished to Terra by DuPont pursuant to the terms of the DuPont Agreement.

  • Terra shall perform or cause to be performed, the Services described in Schedule B, in each case on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement (in particular, Schedule B) and, with respect to the Wharf Services and the Slip Services subject to the terms of the DuPont Agreement.

  • Terra shall reimburse Methanex for any and all demurrage costs incurred due to Terra’s inability to provide the Slip Services in particular, the loading and discharge rates set forth in Subsection 2(b) above.

Related to Slip Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.
