This Deed Poll does not grant the Company or the Takeovers Panel any right to control the voting rights attaching to the Sixth Street Shares other than in respect of the voting commitments in clauses 1 and 2.

Plinth means the portion of a structure between the surface of the surrounding ground and surface of the floor immediately above the ground.
Rock means the body of consolidated or partially consolidated material composed of minerals at or below the land surface. Rock includes bedrock and partially weathered rock that is hard and cannot be dug with hand tools. The upper boundary of rock is "saprolite," "soil," or the land surface.
SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.
Cyber-bullying means bullying through the use of technology or any electronic communication, which shall include, but shall not be limited to, any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a:
Public street means a public right-of-way, including a public highway, public avenue, public boulevard, public parkway, public road, public lane, public alley, public viaduct, public subway, public tunnel, public bridge, public byway, other public transportation easement, or other public way.
Street tree means any tree growing in or upon any city managed street. In some cases, property lines lie several feet behind the sidewalk or edge of road pavement. Where a street is not fully improved with curbs or sidewalks but is paved, a tree may be considered a Street Tree if it is located within 15 feet of the edge of pavement, unless a survey by a licensed surveyor or property boundaries can clearly establish otherwise. For completely unimproved streets, the actual property line will be used to demarcate between Private Trees and Street Trees. A tree that straddles a private property line and the street is a Street Tree.
Falconry means the sport of taking quarry by means of a trained raptor.
WOj means the lowest performance (expressed as a percentage) among the Indices as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula: Mini = 1 to 2 Where:
S&W means the Scope of Works in Section II of this Volume.
State Street means the relevant State Street entity performing services pursuant to this Agreement.
Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.
Canal means a man-made trench, the bottom of which is normally covered by water, with the upper edges of its two sides normally above water. [Section 403.803(2), F.S.]
