Single Business Non-Income Tax Return definition

Single Business Non-Income Tax Return means any Non-Income Tax Return, including any consolidated, combined or unitary Tax Return, that reflects or reports Tax Items relating to the Penn Business, on the one hand, or the GLPI Business, on the other (but not both), whether or not the Person charged by Law to file such Tax Return is engaged in the business to which the Tax Return relates.
Single Business Non-Income Tax Return means any Tax Return that is a Non-Income Tax Return, including any consolidated, combined or unitary Tax Return, that includes assets or activities relating only to the Rayonier Business, on the one hand, or the SpinCo Business, on the other (but not both), whether or not the Person charged by Law to file such Tax Return is engaged in the business to which the Tax Return relates.
