Silo Order definition

Silo Order means the Order (i) Approving the Stipulation by and Among Debtors, Ad Hoc Committee of Unsecured Noteholders and Silo Energy, LLC and (ii) Granting Related Relief [D.I. 360] entered by the Bankruptcy Court on March 10, 2017.
