Signatory Air Carrier definition

Signatory Air Carrier means the air carrier or air carriers, as may be applicable, that are party to the Airport Improvement Fee Agreement, as amended from time to time;
Signatory Air Carrier means an Air Carrier that has signed a SLOA agreement with the Port. Terminal – means Gates, Ticket Counters, Baggage Areas, office space, storage areas, concourses, lobbies, VIP lounges, FIS Facility, employee break rooms and Public Areas.

  • The amount of the Aircraft Parking Fee for each 24-hours or portion thereof shall be fifty percent (50%) of the Signatory Air Carrier Landing Fee payable for such aircraft as calculated using the then current landing fee rate established by the Authority.

  • The Contractor shall be responsible for collecting such fees, on behalf of the Airports Authority, from the General Aviation and Non- Signatory Air Carrier users.

  • U.S. Air Carrier means any United States air carrier that is a Citizen of the United States holding an air carrier operating certificate issued pursuant to chapter 447 of title 49 of the United States Code for aircraft capable of carrying 10 or more individuals or 6000 pounds or more of cargo, and as to which there is in force an air carrier operating certificate issued pursuant to Part 121 of the FAA Regulations, or which may operate as an air carrier by certification or otherwise under any successor or substitute provisions therefor or in the absence thereof.

  • Certificated Air Carrier means a Citizen of the United States holding an air carrier operating certificate issued by the Secretary of Transportation pursuant to Chapter 447 of Title 49 of the United States Code for aircraft capable of carrying ten or more individuals or 6,000 pounds or more of cargo or that otherwise is certified or registered to the extent required to fall within the purview of Section 1110.

  • U.S.-flag air carrier means an air carrier holding a certificate under 49 U.S.C. Chapter 411.

  • air carrier means any air conveyance operating under a valid license for the transportation of passengers for hire.

  • Foreign Air Carrier means any air carrier which is not a U.S. Air Carrier and which performs maintenance, preventative maintenance and inspections for the Aircraft, Airframe and/or any Engine or engine to standards which are approved by, or which are substantially equivalent to those required by, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Civil Aviation Authority of the United Kingdom, the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile of the French Republic, the Luftfahrt Bundesamt of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Rijflauchtraatdienst of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Transportation of Japan or the Federal Ministry of Transport of Canada (and any agency or instrumentality of the applicable government succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing entities).

  • Community air carrier means an air carrier with a valid operating licence granted by a Member State in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2407/92 of 23 July 1992 of licensing of air carriers(7) ;

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Contract carrier means any person who, under special and individual contracts or agreements, and

  • Gestational carrier means an adult woman who enters into an agreement to have an embryo implanted in her and bear the resulting child for intended parents, where the embryo is conceived by using the egg and sperm of the intended parents.

  • Unmanned aircraft means an aircraft that is not:

  • designated airline means an airline designated and authorized in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;

  • Manufactured/mobile home means either a manufactured home or a mobile home;

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Passenger car means every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle designed and used primarily for

  • rail carrier ’ means a person providing common carrier railroad transportation for compensation, but does not include street, suburban, or interurban electric railways not operated as part of the general system of rail transportation;
