SIFMA Swap Index definition

SIFMA Swap Index means, on any date, a rate determined on the basis of the seven- day high grade market index of tax-exempt variable rate demand obligations, as produced by Municipal Market Data and published or made available by the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (formerly the Bond Market Association) (“SIFMA”) or any Person acting in cooperation with or under the sponsorship of SIFMA and acceptable to the Trustee and effective from such date.
SIFMA Swap Index means, on any determination date, the rate calculated, on the basis of the seven day high grade market index comprised of tax exempt variable rate demand obligation reset rates, by Bloomberg (or successor organizations) and published or made available by SIFMA or any Person acting in cooperation with or under the sponsorship of SIFMA as the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index on such date.
SIFMA Swap Index means, on any date, a rate determined on the basis of the seven-day high grade market index of tax-exempt variable rate demand obligations, as produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc., and published or made available by the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (formerly the Bond Market Association) (“SIFMA”) or any person acting in cooperation with or under the sponsorship of SIFMA and effective from such date; provided, however, that, if such index is no longer provided by Municipal Market Data, Inc. or its successor, the “Municipal Index” shall mean such other reasonably comparable index selected by the Remarketing Agent.

  • If such change fails to occur, the Bonds shall be converted automatically to the Weekly Rate and the initial interest rate shall be equal to the 100% of the SIFMA Swap Index.

  • If the Remarketing Agent shall not have determined a Weekly Interest Rate for any period, the Weekly Interest Rate shall be 110% of the most recent SIFMA Swap Index.

  • Such index shall be three-month LIBOR or, with the consent of the Issuer, the Consumer Price Index, the SIFMA Swap Index or any other index which the Borrower elects.

  • If a Flexible Segment or a Flexible Interest Rate for a Flexible Segment is not determined or effective, the Flexible Segment for such Bond shall be a Flexible Segment of one day, and the interest rate for such Flexible Segment of one day shall be 110% of the most recent SIFMA Swap Index.

  • If the Daily Interest Rate for the first day of a Daily Interest Rate Period described in clause (A) above is not determined as provided in Section 2.03(a) hereof, the Daily Interest Rate for the first day of such Daily Interest Rate Period shall be 110% of the most recent SIFMA Swap Index.

SIFMA Swap Index means The Securities Industry and Financial Market Association Municipal Swap Index as of the most recent date for which such index was published or such other weekly, high-grade index comprised of seven-day, Tax-Exempt variable rate demand notes published by Bloomberg, or its successor, or otherwise designated by The Securities Industry and Financial Market Association; provided, however, that, if such index is no longer available or its successor, the “SIFMA Swap Index” shall mean such other reasonably comparable index selected by the remarketing agent appointed by the District in connection with Variable Rate Indebtedness.
SIFMA Swap Index means such other reasonably comparable index selected by the Borrower, in consultation with the XXXXX Xxxxxx, for tax-exempt state and local government bonds meeting the then current SIFMA criteria.
SIFMA Swap Index means Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index as of the most recent date such index was published by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association or any successor thereto, or in the event such index is no longer published by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association or any successor thereto, such comparable replacement index as shall be published by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association or any successor thereto. In the event that such comparable replacement index is no longer published by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association or any successor thereto, an alternative index shall be selected by the Authority.
