SGS Bonds definition

SGS Bonds means Government securities as defined in and issued under the Government Securities Act (Cap. 121A);

  • The Customer represents and warrants that the Customer understands and is fully aware of the risks involved in investing in Securities (including investments into Units of any of the Funds and SGS Bonds).

  • For purposes only of the description of MEPS+, “Singapore Government Securities” or “SGS” comprise SGS Bonds, Savings Bonds, Treasury Bills, Cash Management Treasury Bills and Special Singapore Government Securities.
