Sexual exploitation of a minor means an offense involving (A) promoting prostitution by a minor;
Sexual exploitation of a minor means knowingly recording, filming, photographing, developing, duplicating, distributing, transporting, exhibiting, receiving, selling, purchasing, electronically transmitting, possessing or exchanging any visual depiction in which a minor is engaged in exploitive exhibition or other sexual conduct.

  • Harassment, intimidation, or bullying means any gesture, any written, verbal or physical act, or any electronic communication, as defined in N.J.S.A. 18A:37-14, whether it be a single incident or a series of incidents that:

  • Sexual orientation means actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality.

  • Commercial sexual activity means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to, promised to, or received by any person.

  • Sexual penetration means vaginal intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anal intercourse between persons or insertion of the hand, finger, or object into the anus or vagina either by the actor or upon the actor's instruction.
