Setup Phase definition

Setup Phase means the period beginning as of the effective date of this Agreement and ending upon (a) CCI's certification of the training of personnel on use of the Designated Applications and (b) establishment of one or more telecommunications links to one or more Transaction Data processors or other providers and successful Transaction Data mapping and normalization from such source(s) in accordance with the Designated Applications' standard features and functionality and/or any standards set forth in the Requirements Document.
Setup Phase means the time period between execution of the Agreement and the beginning of Phase 1, during which period MoH shall have no obligation to pay Zipline the Service Fee.
