Any Servicing Account related to a Serviced Whole Loan shall be held for the benefit of the Certificateholders and the related Serviced Companion Noteholder collectively, but this shall not be construed to modify respective interests of either noteholder therein as set forth in the related Intercreditor Agreement.
The Master Servicer shall promptly, upon request, provide the Special Servicer and the Certificate Administrator with notice of any change in the identity and/or contact information of any Serviced Companion Noteholder (to the extent it receives written notice of such change).
