Series B Dividend Shares definition

Series B Dividend Shares means the 2,000,000 shares of Common Stock issuable as a dividend on the Series B Shares.
Series B Dividend Shares means the Series C Shares (if any) that are issued as dividends on the outstanding Series B Shares pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.
Series B Dividend Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to the holders of Series B Preferred as dividends in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Certificate of Designations.
