Series B CCDs definition

Series B CCDs means the compulsorily convertible debentures of the Company of face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each, having the terms set out in Schedule 2;
Series B CCDs shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Second SPA.
