Series 2 RCU definition

Series 2 RCU means a Restricted Common Unit which is restricted subject to vesting and will vest upon the occurrence of a Series 2 Vesting Event, with the rights and privileges as set forth in this LLC Agreement.
Series 2 RCU means a Restricted Common Unit that will vest upon the occurrence of a Series 2 Vesting Event, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement.
Series 2 RCU means Restricted Common Units of the Surviving Company, designated as “Series 2 RCUs” of the Surviving Company, as defined in the Surviving Company A&R LLCA.
